The Corning GR-449 rear cable access frame is a high density fiber management system that provides a balance of industry-leading density with innovative jumper routing. The system can be deployed in multiple applications including central office, headend, FTTx, C-RAN site and data center. The frame supports up to ten 4RU housings. A single jumper length for in-frame, cross-connect jumpering reduces jumper inventory. The frame design provides optimized routing paths for jumpers reducing the risk of jumper pileup. It enables multiple frame line-up with six rear jumper troughs. When leveraging our Centrix™ Platform, the Corning GR-449 rear cable access frame supports up to 4,320 LC or 2,880 SC connector ports per standard 7 ft /2134 mm frame. Centrix housings are available as stubbed, pigtailed, or empty. The portfolio also includes various cassettes such as CPRI, WDM, NG-PON2 Co-Existence, MTP® enabled, and patching.
