WAVEOPTICS distribution fiber optic cables are designed for general purpose riser indoor plant applications in building cabling lines and vertical installations. Configurations of 36 to 144 fibers available. The fiber units are built under tight tube where they are arranged in sub-units with aramid yarn and flame retardant cover with flame retardant properties. In the center of the subunits, central reinforcing member to give consistency to the cable to finish the same type of riser cover. Totally dielectric construction, does not require any ground connection. Ideal cables for routing inside buildings in vertical installation, with protections to prevent the spread of a possible fire between floors. Technical Characteristics – Distribution cable for internal plant installation, simple design, very light and highly resistant to traction. Availability in a wide variety of configurations.
– Fiber units built in a 250 m acrylate roof and under a 900 m tight tube. Construction with category “Easy-strip” for a strip length of 125 m in a single step of 100mm.
– Aramid yarn to provide excellent high tension performance for direct installation without the need for a messenger wire.
– Fully dielectric cable construction, does not require grounding.
– Cover printing, to ensure fiber compatibility and product quality.
– PVC OFNR cover that has a fire retardant behavior, flame retardant, ideal for installation in vertical lines.
